In all seriousness, coffee makes my heart happy and a way I can be sustainable in this is using the coffee I'm given and NOT buying any more. I literally bought another yesterday...at least I used a coupon.

Maybe I'll write a post about the benefits of coffee. Here's one: it calms down my brain and lets me focus. Chew on that for a bit.
